There is no a-la-carte menu here... Instead, you can choose between a few differently priced set-menus.
The food is truly creative and awe inspiring, and the frequently changing set-menus present a small, but very promising selection, with 'culinary creations' like: Charcoal grilled bonito with white anchovies, Mizuna salad, olives and peppers, Salad Landaise with king oyster mushroom, chanterelles, goose confit, truffle salsa and balsamic reduction, Steamed Venus clams with saffron-marinated fennel and bonito foam, Squid-ink risotto with charcoal-grilled baby octopus, Roulade of Chicken breast with olive pilaf rice and black truffle vinaigrette, Confit of goose leg with rosemary potatoes and mesclun salad, Braised wagyu beef cheek, Wagyu beef gourmet-burger and so on...
As you might expect, the desserts are also fabulous, including Grand marnier soufflé and Baked chocolate molten cake, just to name a few...
Prices are very high, although you can enjoy their set-lunch at a slightly more reasonable price of around SG$ 85.
