This extremely popular (and praised) food-stall prepares some excellent, fresh fritters. Unlike other stalls that specialize in vegetarian and seafood fritters, this one has a small selection of meat and egg fritters... especially The Hokkien style Ngoh Hiang : a fried, sausage like dish made from minced pork rolled up in soya bean curd sheets and deep fried. The Liver Roll seems to be very popular too, and so are the other rolls and the chicken wings.
