Hui Lau Shan

Hui Lau Shan is an extremely popular local chain of dessert shops, that has already spread its wings beyond the boundaries of Hong Kong and became international.

 

Refreshing Chinese-style desserts and healthy drinks are the main draw, particularly mango-based puddings that come in all sorts of creative types and styles...

 

Recommended items include: Mango & sago pudding, Stewed harsmar with red dates & lotus seeds,  Glutinous rice balls in mango soup,  Cold bird nest soup,  Bird’s Nest & Honey Jelly in Mango & Coconut Juice  and  Bird's Nest on sago with pomelo & mixed fruits.

Prices are moderate: HK$ 30-40
