This sumptuous restaurant serves fine Cantonese cuisine with a 'modern twist',  in a luxurious and soothing environment.

 

Lavishly decked out in a modern-elegant style, with comfortable leather armed chairs and crisp white tablecloths, the restaurant pampers its guests with magnificent views of Clarke Quay and the Singapore River, as well as with pleasant and tranquil ambience, and, of course, with fabulous Cantonese food...

 

The menu features a good choice of delicacies.  Mostly Cantonese classics that have been given the chef's own modern-interpretation... from lunch time dim-sum to Shark's fin and Bird's nest  and from Barbequed meats to seafood dishes... recommended dishes include: Imperial roasted crispy chicken, Crispy Peking duck with Foie fras, Braised fillet of Marble Goby in thickened shark's cartilageImperial black pepper baked lobster in a claypot and Nan Tian King Prawn, just to name a few...

 

Prices are not too bad for this standard: around SG$ 35 - 50
