Headed by French chef Guillaume Galliot, Horizons serves the best of modern European cuisine in an elegant, yet very pleasant setting that boasts a spacious classic-contemporary interior, with clean lines and large floor-to-ceiling windows through which you can marvel the views of the neighboring Venetian and Macau's fast developing casinos-strip.
Galliot's menu makes use of the crème de la crème of ingredients and the results are, indeed, sensational… You can choose from several degustation menus, with or without wine pairing, or order a-la-carte, and enjoy delightful culinary creations such as Alaskan king crab tartar with sea-urchin emulsion, Balik Salmon with Sturgeon Caviar, Pan-fried foie gras with cepe mushroom sabayon and veal jus, Blue lobster tajine with Burgundy snails and garlic, and Roasted Wagyu M7 Sirloin.
Make sure you leave enough room for their gorgeous Banana chocolate millefeuille.
Prices are expectedly high, but the food and dining experience are both fantastic: Their four courses degustation menu goes for approximately MOP 500 – 800 (with / without wine pairing), while a-la-carte dinner will get you a bill of MOP 750 – 1,000
