The restaurant's signature dish is, obviously, the Peking Duck, but you can also enjoy other scrumptious delicacies from the Pekinese cuisine, like: Imperial-style cold cutsDrunken pigeon, Deep fried duck fillet stuffed with mashed shrimp and sesameSautéed sliced beef with scallionDeep fried prawns with hot & spicy sauceSpring roll with shredded duck meat  and, of course, a good selection of delectable  Dim-sum and dumplings.
