Dan Ryan's serves American cuisine at its best. They have three restaurants in Hong Kong, all are designed beautifully in 1950s American style with heaps of nostalgic paraphernalia and black and white photos of old days movie stars, hanged on every wall... The menu warns you : "We serve American size portions" and they are serious about it... Large portions of juicy, delicious, cholesterol-rich American food...
Prices are quite fair for such a place: dinner is around HK$ 150-300
