Felix: Perched on the top floor of the ritzy Peninsula, this Philippe Starck-designed resto-bar is one of Hong Kong's most sought after cocktail venues. The views towards Victoria Harbour are simply superb.
Top Deck is perched atop of the internationally-known floating restaurant in Aberdeen, and boasts an outdoor wooden sundeck, from which you can enjoy the beautiful views of the bay and its surroundings. The menu is mostly Asian and Western, with a strong focus on seafood, but you can also come for the lounge-bar.
The Boathouse: Occupying an unmissable blue building on Stanley's waterfront, the boathouse serves lovely Mediterranean and continental dishes, from sandwiches and light stuff, to the more "formal" dinner fare...

Azure: Located on the top floors of the LKF hotel, this modish resto-bar serves French flared international cuisine, in a tasteful and elegant setting, surrounded by stunning cityscape scenes. The lounge and the bar are a good place to see and to be seen.
The "Terrace" at Sevva: This chic lounge-restobar occupies the penthouse of Prince's Building in Central, from where you can enjoy some of the most splendid views of the harbour and metropolitan Hong Kong. It is also a great vantage point for viewing the "Symphony of Lights" show.
The menu is "casual - continental" with a modern flare.
ToTT's is a trendy resto-lounge-bar, occupying the top floor of the Excelsior Hotel in Causeway Bay. The voguish restaurant serves haute international cuisine, and is surrounded by windows through which you can see the gorgeous cityscape views, but the outdoor terrace is the real draw, perched like an aerie above Victoria Harbour and Causeway Bay.
The lounge-bar is a good place to see and be seen.
R66 (Revolving restaurant / buffet): Dining in a revolving restaurant is always a unique experience, and R66 is no exception. Perched on the 62nd floor of Hopewell Centre in Wanchai, Hong Kong's only revolving restaurant overlooks Victoria Harbour, the city and the mountains from a height of 200m.
