Mak Man Kee Noodle Shop in Yau ma Tei (not far from Nathan Road) serves outstandingly good Shrimp Wonton Noodles, alongside some other noodle specialties, at moderate prices.

  

Wong Chi Kee is another legendary noodle house. Located on Wellington Street in Central, it was initially established in Macau half a century ago by Wong Wun Chi, who learned the secrets of noodles-making from a master in Canton, back in the 1940s.

 

Dim Sum The Art of Chinese Tit Bits is a small restaurant in Happy Valley, near Causeway Bay, that serves some of the most delicious dim-sum and dumplings in Hong Kong, at fairly affordable prices.

 

Ho Hung Kee in Causeway Bay has been around for who knows how many years, and is particularly known for its Wonton Noodles, although the menu features some other Cantonese delicacies that are worth considering.
