Central Plaza

A visit to the world's highest church...

Soaring to a height of 374 m (1,227 ft), Wanchai's Central Plaza is Hong Kong third tallest skyscraper, surpassed only by 2 IFC and the newly completed ICC in West Kowloon, on the other side of Victoria Harbour.

There is no public observation deck at Central Plaza, but you can visit Hong Kong City Church, which is perched on the building's 75th floor and proudly holds the title of "the world's highest church"... They hold a service every Sunday at 11am and serve complimentary coffee from 10:30am onwards in their hotel-style lobby/lounge.

The entrance to Central Plaza is from 18 Harbour Road, but you can also enter the building through the elevated walkways that connect Wanchai's MTR Station and the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC).
