Bowen Road Walk and "Lover's Rock"

A scenic nature walk, full of love...

Bowen Road features one of Hong Kong's nicest "above the city" trails...

Winding through a lush woods in Mid Levels, right above Wanchai's business district and Happy Valley Racecourse, the narrow street provides an easy walk with lovely cityscape views, as well as lots of fabulous greenery... And there is even an auspicious rock there, called "Lover's Rock", which is said to have the power of giving happy marriages (and a great view towards Victoria Harbour).

To get there: You can take bus No. 15 from "Central" (You can board it from either next to the Star Ferry Terminus, if coming by ferry, or from the bus terminus at Exchange Square, if coming from Central MTR station), or from Admiralty (MTR Admiralty, exit C-1), or from Wanchai (Queen's Road East, right outside Wanchai Market) and drop off at the station next to Hong Kong Adventist Hospital, on Stubbs Road (the entrance to Bowen Road is from next to the small roundabout, just a few steps below the stop).

A bus leaves approximately once every 10 minutes, from 6am till midnight
