Strategically located at the glitzy Intercontinental, right on Victoria Harbour's edge, this restaurant features a winning combination of fantastic food (quality, selection and presentation), gorgeous views and ultra-pleasant ambience.

 

Lunch buffet is themed around the cuisines of East Asia and features a decent choice of fresh Sushi, Sashimi and Tempura, as well as Cantonese favorites like Dim-sum, and Southeast Asian delicacies from Singapore, Thailand and India.

 

Their dinner buffet is a real delight for seafood lovers, with a selection of cold seafood, including lobsters, prawns, scallops, mussels and what not... "Warm dishes" include classics like Peking Duck, Pan fried Fois gras and Roast Beef and, as expected, there is a decent variety of luscious cakes and desserts, to finish the meal with...

 

The Sunday Champagne Brunch is, by all means, this restaurant's 'jewel in the crown', with a free flow of Champagne, wine, beer, soft drinks and fresh juices, and an enormous choice of lovely specialties.

 

Early bookings are essential (especially for the Sunday Champagne Brunch)

 

Prices are slightly on the high side, but the dining experience is simply superb:

 

Lunch buffet is served Monday - Saturday, 12 noon - 2:30pm and costs around HK$ 300

Dinner buffet is served daily, 6:30 - 10pm and costs around HK$ 650

Sunday brunch is served every Sunday, 11:30 am - 3pm and costs around HK$ 700 per adult
