The Harbour Ville is a fairly pleasant hotel that provides comfortable accommodation at reasonable prices.

Although it is slightly out of the city, it can be easily accessed by both buses and MRT (Outram Park station is just around the corner). It also has some nice views of Mt. Faber.
The rooms are quite small (not tiny though) and are well appointed with all the necessary amenities: air-condition, TV, phone, ensuite bathroom, hairdryer, coffee and tea, internet connection and so on...
