This lovely restaurant features a unique concept : "Mini restaurant"... That means it is somewhere between a food court outlet and a restaurant... With the prices and the location of a food court stall (of a high-end foodcourt stall, to be more accurate), but with its own seating area, its own character and, more important, with its truly good food that has nothing to do with the mediocre industrial stuff you sometimes get in those food court chains...

Located at Food Republic's court in Suntec City Convention Hall, the restaurant's diversified menu presents a great selection of different Japanese dishes... from fresh and delicious Sushi and Sashimi, to Ramen, Soba and Udon dishes, and from Sukiyaki to deep fried delicacies and Tempura... everything is good, down to earth and rationally priced...

Although it is "officially" a foodcourt, décor and ambience are more like in a nice restaurant... not über-fancy or farty... just a pleasantly decked place where you can have a nice lunch or dinner.

Prices are quite reasonable for this quality of food: You can have a nice meal for as little as SG$ 20 (although there are more exclusive items on the menu... )
