Housed within at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC), this fantastic, award-winning restaurant serves some of the best Cantonese cuisine in Wanchai area, if not in the whole of Hong Kong.
The place is beautifully designed in an elegant way and the huge, floor to ceiling windows offer stunning harbor views.
The extensive menu includes a wide range of delicious dim-sums, alongside other recommended dishes, such as Roast Chicken with Garlic, Sauteed Prawns with Crab Coral, Baked Assorted Vegetables wrapped in Lotus Leaves, Baked Chicken Wing Stuffed with Glutinous Rice and Steamed Crab Claws with Egg.
Two specifically noted dishes are the Deep-fried Chicken marinated with Garlic Sauce and Deep-fried Crab Meat in Shell with Sauteed Crab Claws. Both dishes had won the Gold with Distinction Award and Gold Award in the Best of the Best Culinary Awards, organized by the Hong Kong Tourism Board.
Prices are on the high side, but not exaggerated, and the dining experience is hands down splendid
