G4 Station

G4 Station, which opened only on 2008, aims at providing a solution to all those backpackers who are willing to fork out a few more pennies to sleep in a better place.

Professional service, nice staff, great location and, above all, cleanliness and proper maintenance have helped this young Singapore hostel to get good feedbacks from most of its guests.

The G4 Station is just a short walk from the MRT stations of both Rochor and Little India, as well as from places-of-interest like Sim Lim Square and Serangoon Road, and although rooms are fairly small, as the case is in most hostels in Singapore, they are properly equipped and beautifully maintained, which make staying at them a very pleasant experience.

At the time of writing, the rate for a double room at G4 Station ranges at around SG$ 80, while a dormitory bed ranges from SG$ 28 to 36 (depends how many beds are in the room)… It might not be the cheapest you can find in Singapore, but the value you will get for your money is more than adequate.

Facilities include: Breakfast (No extra coast), Reception 24 hours a day, Hot and cold water 24 hours a day, free internet connection, TV, CD player, personal lockers, luggage storage, relatively comfortable beds, clean bed linen and even a coffee shop, where guests can get discounts.
