Fu Sing Shark fin Seafood Restaurant

Fu Sing serves some outstanding dim sum and Cantonese fare in an elegant and hushed environment, but its real 'jewel in the crown' is the BBQ Pork, which is said to be the best in Hong Kong.


Located in Sunshine Plaza, just a few minutes' walk from Causeway Bay's MTR station, this Michelin-featured restaurant is pleasantly decked out with soft carpets and crisp white tablecloths, and enjoys a relatively quiet ambience (at least for a large-size Chinese restaurant)


Food is simply fantastic and as the case is in many Chinese restaurants around Hong Kong's busy commercial districts; You should try to avoid peak hours, if you really want to enjoy your meal...


The real draw here are the dim sum specialties and their likings... Crispy Cha siu baau (Cantonese barbecued-pork steamed buns), Siew mai (pork dumplings), Har gao (shrimp dumplings), Crab Paste wor tip (this dumpling is also known as Jiaozi or Pot sticker), Xiao Long BaoSweet potato and pumpkin dumplings,  Shark fin dumpling in soupWonton in fish soup  and  Char-Siew (BBQ pork) are all fantastic and make better bang for the buck than the expensive Abalone and Shark-Fin...   


Prices are not too high, as long as you don't order the expensive items... Expect to pay around HK$ 150-200 per person
