Visiting Hong Kong ? Guided day tours are a very nice way to explore this unique and beautiful metropolis...

Fook Lam Moon is another Hong Kong culinary legend. It started its history more than 50 years ago as a small catering firm which was established by Chui Fook, a creative Cantonese cook who migrated to Hong Kong and worked for some of the city's wealthiest families before starting his own business.
Using top quality ingredients is what this restaurant is best known for and, indeed, their "unique dishes" are considered among the best in Hong Kong... Especially the Shark's fin and the Abalone which are possibly the finest you can find in the city (and among the priciest).
There are also some less exorbitant dishes on the menu that are still outstandingly delicious, like the Roast Chicken, Roast Duck, Deep fried Garoupa fish balls, Roasted "kim wa" ham, Pigeon and, of course... fabulous dim-sum.
Prices are slightly on the high side (when compared to other Chinese restaurants), but the food is fantastic and as the case is in any Chinese restaurant, it really depends on what you order...
