After being under Portuguese rule for so many years, Macau should have had at least one proper Brazilian churrascaria, so as soon as Fogo Samba was opened this issue was taken care of...

Located along the Venetian's "Grand Canal", this restaurant serves excellent Brazilian style grilled meats (churrasco) and caipirinhas in a very nice environment and with a big smile...

The interior is semi-stylish and elegant, with checkered floor, earthy colored walls and soft lights, while the outdoor part is more casual and bustling ("alfresco" dinning under the manmade sky at the Venetian...). Whichever way you choose to go, the food is great, the selection of meats is quite impressive and the service makes the dinning experience much more enjoyable...

Prices are not particularly low (especially if you want to wash the food down with a few caipirinhas), but there is definitely value-for-money.
