This lovely restaurant serves excellent Japanese cuisine, with specific emphasize on fresh Blue-fin Tuna.  As a matter of fact, their blue-fin Tuna and rice dishes are really world-class...

Prices are very reasonable: around HK$ 100-200 (there are good value set-lunch options but you should expect a long queue...)
