The casual-elegant Mediterranean décor makes you feel as if you are in a resort, and you can dine 'alfresco' by the pool (which is probably the better option, so long as the weather is not too bad...), or indoors, at the air-conditioned dining room (which also has excellent views over the pool and beyond...). Both service and ambience here are simply fantastic.

The menu features a nicely-balanced combination of Mediterranean cuisines; with a selection of contemporary dishes, inspired by the cuisines of both Italy, South France, Spain and Greece... From Pumpkin- pinenut soup and Lobster bisque to Seafood linguini and Moroccan style baby lamb...

Prices are higher than the average (as you might expect from a Mandarin Oriental venue) but the dining experience is top notch.
