Coriander Leaf

This fabulous bistro-restaurant is one of Singapore's most talked about dinning venues, and other than to serve outstanding food, it also has some very good daily culinary courses, worth knowing about.  


The relatively spacious dinning room has large windows overlooking the river, and is beautifully decked out in a classic-contemporary style that combines "colonial days' charm" and modern motifs... the ambience is pleasant and comfortable and the service, too, is very good...


The cuisine they serve can be described as a true Asian fusion... with delicacies from all four corners of the world's largest and most ethnically diversified continent...  From classic Middle Eastern Mezze, like Hummus, Spicy Tunisian carrot salad and Grilled eggplants  to Vietnamese Rice-paper rolls, Japanese Tempura specialties, Indian tandoor delicacies, Mediterranean Kebabs and what not... each of the dishes is somehow inspired by the chefs, who give it a slightly modern twist...


The desserts here are also very creative, and certainly worth leaving a space for... Warm valrhona chocolate cake,  Chilled Champagne Melon Soup,  Tiramisu in dark chocolate,  just to mention a few...


Prices are not particularly low, but the dinning experience is fantastic: around SG$ 50-70 for a full a-la-carte dinner (there re also some interesting set-menu options).


Lunch is served from Monday to Friday, dinner is served from Monday to Saturday (closed on Sunday).
