Located at the classic Peninsula Hotel, Chesa is a well known culinary institution, serving superb Swiss and central European cuisine in a pleasant environment.

 

Classy European décor, with perfect table settings, plenty of wood and warm colors, cozy and homey ambience, excellent service and remarkably good food.

 

Recommended dishes include their famous Cheese Fondue,  Swiss sausage salad,  Seafood sausage,  Veal with mushrooms in cream sauce  and  Swiss veal sausage with onion sauce...

 

As expected from a Swiss restaurant, the desserts are simply adorable... Swiss chocolate chalet with vanilla ice cream and hot chocolate sauce,  Freshly baked apple tart with blueberry compote and yoghurt ice cream  and  Frozen Marsala sabayon are very recommended.

 

An impressive selection of European wines complements the fine dining experience.

 

Prices are surprisingly reasonable, considering the class of this restaurant: A-la-carte dinner is approximately HK$ 400 - 500
