This splendid restaurant serves fantastic Macanese and Portuguese food in a nice, yet unpretentious environment. Owned by a family of cooks, the chefs at Carlos are proud of their "historic recipes" that has passed down through the family from one generation to another.
The food is homey and authentic and the extensive menu boasts most of the classics of Macanese-Portuguese cuisine... Signature dishes include Roast pigeon, Macanese style Garlic and Chili shrimps, Minchi (minced meat dish), Bacalhau dishes and some outstanding steaks and BBQ dishes.
Prices are very reasonable: MOP$ 150-250 per person
