Located in the charmingly restored area of Tanjong Pagar, this fantastic restaurant specializes in creative, modern Australian cuisine (the name BROTH actually stands for Bar Restaurant On The Hill, in case you were thinking that soups and bisques are the main fare here...)


Housed in a beautifully refurbished shophouse, the décor gracefully combines old-world charm and modern elements, and you can dine indoor, within the elegant dinning room, or 'alfresco'...


The menu features an interesting combination of European and Australian classics, with Mediterranean and modern touches... Starters include Pan-fried goose liver with truffled Spanish onion and toasted almondsPan-roasted scallops with olive braised artichokes, quail eggs and orange blossom dressing  and the popular  Baby spinach & Portobello mushrooms salad, with sun dried tomatoes and raspberry vinaigrette.


The main dishes section comprises of a small, yet excellent range of scrumptious meat and poultry dishes, from quail and turkey, to beef and lamb.


Marvelous desserts and a good choice of Australian, New Zealand and French wines complement the lovely dinning experience.
